  They keep screwing me over with my WiFi! The price of my internet keeps going up. I have the 50mb/s plan and it was originally something like $50/mo. I figured that wasn't too bad. In the beginning, the WiFi worked great! Everything was fast and efficient. About 6 months in, our internet got very slow! And their tech support said there was nothing they could do about it! Then... a whole year into being with AT&T, they upped my internet price by $15/mo, so now I'm at like $65/mo for this crappy WiFi! And for whatever reason, I sometimes get a monthly charge of $72/mo. I only have this 50 mb/s crappy WiFi and I don't have a data plan, so there should not be any reason why it has gone up so much. I would have cancelled forever ago, but my apartment will not allow me to go through anyone else with my WiFi service. But wait! There's more! It gets worse! My debit card was lost, I thought someone stole it, so I had it cancelled and I got a new card. Now I have this ridiculous $138 payment to make for cancelling a card and not getting another card on fast enough! Lucky me that this happened right when the payment was about to go though. And debit cards don't just rush on over to you overnight! noooo no they don't. They take 5 - 7 business days and depending on the day you are on, that can be like two weeks, which it was. So now I am left with this giant payment of $138 for this crappy WiFi and I cannot get ahold of anyone that will help me. Customer Service: 0/10 Pricing: 0/10 Satisfaction: 0/10 I literally refuse to go to any apartment complex that has made some kind of deal with this crappy company and I will forever avoid this pricey internet provider for the rest of my life. My family is using Cox and have been for the last few years, and they are super happy with their payment to internet speed ratio. I will be going there instead. BYE BYE AT&T!
