  They left my Grandma with an incomplete phone transfer which I had to bring back up to complete. Then blamed her for not knowing what was wrong. Gimme a break, do the right thing even when no one is looking.

  I rate this place one start. One of the employees told me over the phone they could help me with my situation, if I were to come into this store. They reassured me that they had helped another woman with the same situation. Upon arrival I was greeted by a rude lady who informed me that she is the manager & they would not help me; I needed to call customer service. This is the third time I have had issues with this company. Not only have I had issues with them but so had my mother in law, my grandmother and a coworker. I have personaly switched my services to Verizon as well as others. On the bright side they have not been rude nor tried to suck me out of more money. For example I paid for a iPhone 7 carried insurance on it. It was stolen I was told I would have to pay a $282 deductable. Three weeks later I called and told them I had the money and they then proceeded to tell me I never had insurance that I needed to provide proof. Hello the proof is on my phone bill!! This place is a joke and a waste of your time and money.
