  The staff are very helpful in explaining how the different plans and deals work. They are also very patient, it took quite a while for us to contact the provider of my mom's old phone and the staff waited and we're very friendly while we were working to switch her phone number. At another time, I went in to check on a certain tablet, which they do not have, but the gentleman helping me answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me what I wasn't looking for, which was really nice- I personally dislike when people try to sell me any random thing.
